Thank you for choosing Deployi. We strive to offer services that meet your expectations and ensure your satisfaction. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any purchases. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:

  • The service purchased was not delivered as promised, or
  • A valid claim, with appropriate supporting documentation, proves that the intended result or access was denied due to a failure on our part.

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • You notify us within 7 calendar days of the issue, AND
  • You provide verifiable proof of the problem (e.g., test rejection notice, system errors, screenshots, or related documentation).

You may request either:

  • A Full Refund, OR
  • A Free Replacement or Retry, depending on the nature of the service.

Deployi reserves the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

  1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@deployi.com with the following information:

  1. Your full name and registered email address
  2. Order ID or payment reference number
  3. A detailed description of the issue
  4. Supporting documents (if applicable)

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the issue occurring.

  1. Refund Processing
  • Once a refund request is received, we will review your submission and respond within 3–5 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • We do not issue partial refunds under any circumstances.
  1. Refund Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if:

  • The request lacks valid proof or justification
  • The issue is due to factors outside of Deployi’s control (e.g., third-party changes, user misconfiguration)
  • There is evidence of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund claims
  • The refund request is submitted after the 7-day window
